Claudia is from Chile but has lived so far as a kid in the US and as a teenager in Honduras. She is a native Spanish speaker. Claudia has lived in the US the last three years because of his husband’s work. She holds a Master degree in design with studies in Marketing and is an active outdoor leadership education guide with group handling, risk management, first aid, games, minimum impact techniques, wildlife, trekking and climbing certifications. Claudia worked in Chile with children, adults and seniors teaching and leading them on various outdoors education programs among others she has trekked with a group of children the Torres del Paine, World Heritage Park in Patagonia; made a successful climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa with a group of seniors and toured the Antarctica Peninsula with an adult climbing and skiing group. She worked as a ski instructor in Chile with specialty in children for 5 years. Claudia has been working in the USA with children focusing them in the learning of the Spanish language throughout an interactive learn-by-doing playful and musical methodology. |
