CCS MS will offer the following intramural sports this year:
- Fall: Co-ed soccer and cross country
- Winter: Basketball – Girls and Boys teams Spring: Baseball (Boys) and Softball (Girls)
We will coordinate scrimmages with some private and charter schools
We will continue to explore other sport options and plan to join a competitive league in 2008-2009
Students will participate in selecting a mascot
Fall Sports
- Session will begin in mid-September and finish by mid-November – coaches will set specific dates
- Soccer – Coaches: Mike Yascur, Adam Olmstead, Chad Solomonson ;
- Soccer will meet Monday and Wednesday from 3:45 PM until 5:00 PM at the Ada Jenkins field.
- Some Sunday practices or scrimmages will be scheduled
Cross Country – Coaches: Jessie Perkins
- Cross Country will meet Monday and Thursday from 3:45 PM until 5:00 PM at CCS.
A $30 fee will cover the use of a soccer uniform and ball
A $15 fee will cover the use of a jersey
CCS will cover the fees if they are a financial hardship
